These Terms and Conditions describe the rules and regulations applicable to the use of the travel consultancy services offered by Sem Stress Viagens (“we”, “our”, “company”). By contracting our services, you (“client”) agree to the terms described below.


1. About the Service

1.1 We are a company that specializes in creating itinerários de viagem personalizadosbased on the information and preferences provided by the customer.
1.2 Our service is exclusively consulting e route planning. We do not make reservations or purchases on behalf of the client.


2. Company Responsibilities

2.1 We will provide you with a detailed itinerary which may include:

  • Recommendations for activities, tourist attractions and local experiences;
  • Suggestions for hotels, restaurants and means of transportation;
  • Personalized maps and useful information to make your trip easier.

The desired destination;

  • The type of trip (e.g. cultural, gastronomic, adventure);
  • Specific restrictions and preferences.


2.3 We guarantee that the information provided in the itinerary is as up-to-date as possible at the time of delivery.


3. Limitations of liability

3.1. 3.1 We are not responsible for the purchase or reservation of:

  • Airline tickets, bus tickets, cruises or any other means of transport;
  • Accommodation (hotels, hostels, etc.);
  • Entrance tickets to museums, theme parks or tourist attractions.

3.2. We do not guarantee the availability of services or products suggested in the itinerary. It is the client's responsibility to check availability and make reservations directly with the suppliers.

3.3. Images and Descriptions on the Itinerary:

  • The images and descriptions shown in the itineraries are for illustrative purposes only and apply only to certain dates, routes and conditions.
  • The availability of activities, places or services indicated in the itinerary depends on external factors such as capacity, seasonality and supplier policies.

3.4. Changes to the itinerary may occur due to weather conditions, access restrictions, supplier decisions or other factors beyond our control.

3.5 Limitation of Monitoring

The assistance provided by Sem Stress Viagens is limited to the period prior to the departure of the trip. Sem Stress Viagens' responsibility ends on the day of departure and does not extend to the period during or after the trip. From then on, any questions, unforeseen circumstances or needs must be resolved directly by the client with the contracted service providers (airlines, accommodation, local operators, among others).

3.1.1 Price Monitoring Service

3.1.1. A Sem Stress Viagens offers an additional airline ticket price monitoring service, available for a one-off fee of 3,99 € by research.

3.1.2 By contracting this service, the customer defines a maximum budget for a specific flight, within a period of up to 1 month from the date of the request.

3.1.3 The Sem Stress Viagens will monitor available prices on a daily basis and send email and WhatsApp notifications whenever you find an offer that fits the criteria.

3.1.4 The service is informativoIt is up to the customer to decide whether or not to make the purchase. A Sem Stress Viagens no automatic purchase the ticket.

3.1.5 Contracting the service does not guarantee the future availability of the notified fare, as airline ticket prices may change without prior notice.

3.1.6. The service is valid for a specific route e non-refundableeven if no offer within the budget is found during the monitoring period.


4. Client's Responsibilities

4.1 Provide complete and accurate information, including:

  • Desired destination;
  • Dates of travel;
  • Personal preferences and restrictions (food, mobility, etc.).
    4.2 Make the necessary reservations and payments for your trip based on the suggestions provided in the itinerary.
    4.3 Ensure that you have valid travel documents, such as passports, visas and permits required by the chosen destinations.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

5.1. The cost of the service will be informed in advance and must be paid before the final itinerary is delivered.
5.2 If the client decides to cancel the service after planning has begun, a cancellation fee may apply, proportional to the work already carried out.
5.3 There will be no refund for cancellations made after the consultancy has been provided.


6. Intellectual property

6.1 The itinerary provided is for the exclusive use of the client and may not be reproduced, shared or marketed without the prior written consent of Sem Stress Viagens.


7. Changes and Revisions

7.1 Once delivered, the itinerary will include up to 1 (one) revision, should the client wish to adjust or add information. Additional revisions will be subject to an extra charge.


8. Exemption from Guarantees

8.1. We do not guarantee the perfection or absolute accuracy of the information provided, although we make every effort to ensure the quality and reliability of our suggestions.


9. Changes to Terms

9.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will come into effect from their publication on our website or other official means of communication. We recommend that customers review the Terms periodically.
